WHAT AREAS DO YOU PROVIDE A DAILY PICK UP SERVICE FROM ?

Currently we offer a free daily pick-up and drop-off service to the following areas:

Brixton

Oval

Camberwell

Kennington

Tower Bridge

Elephant & Castle

Clapham Common

Clapham North

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE POSTAGE?

For private-only practices we do provide a free postage service, reflected in our price list. This comes in the form of free-post labels which we can send via email for you to attach.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a free postage service for NHS clients or practices, but our free pick-up service does apply if your practice is in one of the areas above. 

WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR NHS & PRIVATE WORK?

We aim to provide all work back within a period of 5 working days.
Additions, repairs and relines take 1 working day (starting the day after we collect the job).
Often we can provide certain orthodontic appliances within a period of 3 working days.
Flexi & chrome dentures have a 10 day turn-around time. 
Please let us know about any rush jobs, and where possible we will try to accommodate you.

WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR SAME-DAY COLLECTION?

We collect from our practices every morning before 12pm. If you have anything for collection after we have visited you, please call us and we will arrange a collection for the next day.

PAYMENT & INVOICING

We invoice on the last day of every month, and you have 28 days following that to make a payment. For a copy of our account details, or if you have any queries regarding payment, please contact us.

DO YOU ACCEPT ANY 3SHAPE OR ITERO SCANS?

Currently we do not offer this service, but we are looking to have this available soon. We will update this as soon as we offer this service.
